Storage & Bandwidth

Overview

Digital Content Manager tracks your storage and bandwidth usage daily so you can monitor how much space your files occupy and how much data your customers are downloading.

Storage

Storage represents the total size of all files you have uploaded to Digital Content Manager.

Usage is measured once per day as a snapshot of your total stored data. The monthly storage figure shown in your dashboard is the average of all daily snapshots taken so far in the current month. This means the number reflects your typical storage footprint over the month, not just a single point in time.

The usage history table shows the raw daily snapshots, so you can see how your storage has changed over time.

Bandwidth

Bandwidth represents the amount of data delivered to your customers when they download files.

Unlike storage, bandwidth is cumulative — each day's usage is added to a running total for the month. The monthly bandwidth figure shown in your dashboard is the sum of all daily usage recorded so far in the current month.

The usage history table shows a per-day breakdown of how much data was downloaded each day.
