Order
Overview
This feature lets you manually revoke or restore access to digital content for a specific order or line item. Once access is revoked, customers can no longer download content, reveal keys, etc. Any data related to revoked line items will be compeltely hidden from customers.
There are two levels of access restriction:
- Order: all line items in the order become unavailable to the customer.
- Line-item: only the selected line item becomes unavailable to the customer.
Revoke Access
Order
- Go to the specific orders page
- Go to the settings tab
- In the 'Customer Access' section, click "Revoke Access".
- This will revoke access to all line items that the customer currently has access to.
- This will only be possible if there is currently at least one available line item.
Line Item
- Go to the specific orders page
- Go to the order edit page (More Actions -> Edit)
- On any line item, click "Revoke Access"
- Click Save
Restore Access
Order
- Go to the specific orders page
- Go to the settings tab
- In the 'Customer Access' section, click "Restore Access".
- This will restore access to all line items that were currently unavailable to the customer.
- This will only be possible if there is currently at least 1 line item with access revoked.
Line Item
- Go to the specific orders page
- Go to the order edit page (More Actions -> Edit)
- On any line item, click "Restore Access"
- Click Save
