License Analytics

License analytics show what happens to your keys after they're sold: which keys you lost to returns, and which you got back to sell again.

note

Dollar amounts use each product's current price in Shopify, not the price the customer paid. If you've changed a price since, older figures reflect the new price.

Returned keys

A returned key was taken back from a customer and couldn't be restocked, usually because they'd already revealed it. It's a key you can't sell again. Each has a cost: the value of the keys you lost. You can also see which products they came from, with each product's return rate.

Restocked keys

A restocked key was returned to the available keys pool because it was never revealed. Restocked keys are split by why they came back: after a return or refund, after a chargeback, by an admin. Each has a savings figure: the value of keys you could sell again, rather than lose. You can also see which products they came from, with each product's restock rate.

tip

High savings means Auto Restock Inventory is earning its keep. If you see lots of returned keys but few restocks, check that Auto Restock is on.
