Alerts & Notifications
The app raises an alert whenever something changes in your store that you didn't do yourself, or that might need your attention. Alerts appear on your dashboard, grouped by kind and colored by severity: information, warning or critical.
Order Updates
The app changed an order while bringing it back in line with Shopify. For example, it created a missing order, added a line item, marked a line item returned, or assigned or returned a license key. The alert lists exactly what changed.
What to do: check the changes look right. See Order Reconciliation.
This warning means the app assigned keys from your inventory to an order placed before you installed the app, because a new line item was added to it in Shopify. Confirm the order really should have received keys. See Orders From Before the App Was Installed.
Insufficient License Keys
Failed to assign license keys - Not enough license keys. An order needed more keys than the product had available. The alert names the order, the product, and how many keys are missing.
What to do: add keys to the product. See When You Run Out of Keys.
Inventory Updates
The app changed a product's inventory in Shopify to match its available license keys. The alert shows the location, and how much the inventory changed.
What to do: nothing, unless the change looks wrong. See Auto Sync Inventory.
Product Title Updates and Product Vendor Updates
A product's title or vendor changed in Shopify, and the app updated its own copy to match. The alert shows the old and new values.
What to do: nothing. These are for your information.
