Exporting License Keys

Export your license keys as a CSV file to audit your stock, reconcile it with your supplier, or keep a record of who received which key.

Choose Export on the License Keys page. You can export the current page, or every key matching your current search and filters. Deleted keys are only included if your filters include them.

What's in the file

The file has one row per key, with:

• The key and its product and variant, and when it was added and last changed.
• Its order, if it's assigned, and whether it's been returned.
• Its counts: how many times it's been revealed and restocked, and whether it can be restocked now.
• The product's current price in Shopify. That's today's price, not what the customer paid.
• When it was deleted, for deleted keys.
• Its full history and reveal log. See Key History.

tip

Because it includes every reveal, the export is a convenient record to keep for a disputed order. Search for a key first, to export just that key. See Customer Activity.
